After Charles Jaffee went into private practice, he became the counsel for a large Broward County developer, Tam O'Shanter Development Corp. Because of that connection, Mr. Jaffee did more than a thousand closings on behalf of Tam O'Shanter and also appeared on the companies' behalf before the city council.

Since that time, Charles Jaffee has represented countless buyers and sellers at real estate closings as well as borrowers who refinance. Mr. Jaffee has had the same real estate paralegal, Cindy Mareno, for over sixteen years and together they have been able to provide hands on service to their many real estate clients.
